Subscriptions

I’d like to subscribe, but I don’t want my subscription to auto-renew. How can I disable auto-renewal?
If you are interested in subscribing this year, but are hesitant because of the auto-renewal, you can easily disable this.

After you subscribe, go to your account settings and click on DISABLE AUTO-RENEW. This will not cancel your current subscription, but it will prevent any future auto-renewals. If you decide later that you want to auto-renew, you can click ENABLE AUTO-RENEW to re-enable auto-renewals.

Will I have to pay for multiple subscriptions if I use PixelSquid on both PC and Mac?

No. Your subscription is tied to your PixelSquid account (which is different from your Creative Cloud account). As long as you sign in to the same account on both PC and Mac, you should be able to use a single subscription.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, however at this time we cannot process promotions or discounts when using PayPal.

Now that you have subscriptions, will you be developing a plugin that is compatible with Photoshop CS6 and under?

Unfortunately older versions of Photoshop use a very different technology for their plugins that are incompatible with our current development effort. If you are using an older version of Photoshop, you can rotate objects on the website and download the angle as a PSD.

I have opted for a free membership. Can I use watermarked PixelSquid files for commercial projects?

No. The watermarked objects are intended for personal use only. You cannot use PixelSquid objects for published works, but you are free to use them for personal use while designing.
